160 wyckoff
160 Wyckoff was a special project for us as the landlords actually were born and raised in the building. So we took this and incorporated their story into the marketing plan. We set record prices for the Four 2BR units. We created an amazing design to open up the existing apartments and including exposed brick and 12 foot ceilings.
